Does everyone start with a free trial account?
Yep, take League Lab for a spin! Once you're ready for a larger plan, it's quick and easy to upgrade from within your free account.
What if more teams sign up than my plan?
Get the teams, then upgrade! Your site will not be limited or turned off if you go over your plan. We're flexible as you grow.
How much does payment integration cost?
It's free! You can enable your PayPal account once you upgrade. We can also hook up your merchant account, or help you start one if you are an established league.
What about using my own domain name, is that extra?
Nope, set-up of your URL is free! However, custom domains are not available at the Get Started account level.

How do you count teams?

We count all teams that are in Confirmed status, which are the ones that actually participate. This includes teams who register themselves, as well as teams of Individuals created by you. Cancelled, Waitlisted, or Incomplete teams are not counted. If a team plays in two separate seasons, it counts as two teams.

You'll always know where you stand, because your current team count appears on the Balance Sheet in your admin panel.

I need to evaluate some very specific registration, scheduling, and payment features. Is there a test version I can use?

We do offer Test Accounts for advanced users who are running established leagues. The Test Account cannot be used as a live site for a small activity like the Free Trial can, but it is full featured and simulates all aspects of payment integration. Please contact us to request a Test Account, providing some background on your club and your site needs.
